1. Service Description

Culled.ai is an AI-powered email triage service that connects to your email accounts, classifies incoming messages, extracts action items, and provides intelligent summaries. The service processes your email content using artificial intelligence to separate actionable messages from noise.

2. Usage Limits

Culled.ai offers the following plans:

• Free Trial: 30 days of access with a limit of 500 email classifications per month. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: $25 per month with a limit of 5,000 email classifications per month. Billed monthly with automatic renewal.

Usage counts reset on a rolling 30-day basis from your account creation or last reset date.

3. Fair Use Policy

The service is intended for personal and professional email management. You agree not to:

• Use the service for excessive automated or bulk email processing beyond normal personal or business use
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
• Use the service to process emails on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or other means

4. Data Handling

To provide the service, Culled.ai accesses and processes your email content. Here is how we handle your data:

• Email content is sent to AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) for classification and summarization
• Email account credentials (IMAP/SMTP passwords) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption
• OAuth tokens for Google and Microsoft are stored securely and used only for email access
• We store email metadata, classifications, and summaries to provide the service
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your email content to train AI models

5. Billing and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• If payment fails, your account will be marked as past due and access may be restricted

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process, store, or transmit content that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service in any manner that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

Culled.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI classification will be 100% accurate. You acknowledge that email processing by AI may occasionally misclassify messages, and you should not rely solely on Culled.ai for critical communications. In no event shall Culled.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
